Halloween!

October 31, 2012

Halloween was a lot of fun! We paraded down to the Junior High and got to show off our costumes. Then at the end of the day we had a fantastic party! There were 5 centers.
1. Minute to Win it! The kids had to get a Swedish fish from their forehead into their mouths. Next they had to use an uncooked spaghetti noodle to pick up a piece of uncooked penne pasta, with NO hands.
2. Treats: At the treat center students got a drink that changed colors as it was poured into their glass, which they got to drink through a red vine. They made little witch hats out of a cookie and kiss, and a spider out of pipe cleaners and suckers.
3. Roll a pumpkin. Each group picked a pumpkin and then took turns rolling the dice to add silly eyes, mouth, etc. to their pumpkin. The groups were able to keep their pumpkins on their desks for the next week.
4. Craft: Students made different halloween characters out of toilet paper rolls
5. Pop a Balloon. There was a big pumpkin made out of balloons. Groups had a to pop a balloon and then do what the piece of paper said.

Every had a blast! Thank you to everyone that helped!

There are lots of pictures!
